Double Stack parking:
Ideal to double existing parking spaces for offices, residential homes, apartments, hotels, public and private parking lots, car collectors car rentals and dealers, for both indoor and outdoor installations. Highly suitable for places with low height constraints (Height clearance as low as 270 cm / 106”) No site building works required for installation. Where there is a large parking requirement, using low cost commercial power units, these lifts can be positioned next to each other for maximum space utilization. Being a dependent type parking system, makes this unit suitable for valet operation
The cars are parked as shown in 2 levels one above the other. The lower car is parked on the ground and the upper car on the platform above. The lower space is emptied out and the platform lowered by means of operating switch. Once in the lowered position the car is driven onto the platform. Then spring loaded key selector is turned to lift the car through hydraulic lifting mechanism. Once the car is at the proper height dictated by platform raising limit switch then it is mechanically locked in position securely. At this point even if the spring loaded key selector is still turned, the platform do not move. Then the lower space can be utilized to park another car. No remote control possible only local through personal keys.
Four Post Parking
The four-post lift features wide drive-thru clearance and a standard lift-height but with extended runways for accommodating longer wheelbase vehicles. BI – CPMS adopts Mifare IC technology, a current widely used contactless card system worldwide, for its ticketing system. The reusable feature makes BI-CPMS a very environmental friendly and cost effective parking solution. Without printing on a ticket, the contactless data read/write in a Mifare IC has greatly reduced ticket issuing time and system maintenance efforts, and also makes a higher level of system stability and data security.
With each machine unit in the system equipped with an IPC (Industrial Personal Computer) and connected with each other via Ethernet, BI-CPMS guarantees not only a reliable and stable operation of your parking system but also an ultimate flexibility for system expansion or integration to other systems such as LPRS (License Plate Recognition System), CSC(Contactless Smart Card) and long range RFID systems…etc.
Running at the central station of the BI-CPMS parking system, the Central Management Software makes parking management such an easy job. Any system setups, report generation, real time device status monitoring and remote control can be all done by just a few clicks.
BI-ENT is an Entry Terminal used in BI-CPMS parking system. It supports Mifare® IC card as parking tickets and provides a fast and easy entrance control of a parking facility. In case of network disconnection, BI-CPMS can still be operated under stand-alone mode; off-line data will be saved and then sent back to Central Management Server after network reconnected.
A mono-color LCM text display and multimedia speaker provide BI-ENT a user friendly interface. While a presence of a car is detected at an entry terminal, a display and a vocal message will both prompt the driver to push ticket button for a ticket Mifare® IC card. The ticket number, entry time, terminal ID and site ID are all written into the Mifare® IC in the card ticket. After the card ticket is taken by the driver, the gate will be opened for entering.
For those card tickets dispensed but not taken by the driver are recycled and blacklisted, while black – out card tickets are also blacklisted by the parking system.
BI-CST Cashier Station is a PC based POS computer in BI-CPMS parking system. It supports Mifare® IC card as parking tickets and provides a manned payment service for a parking facility. In case of network disconnection, BI-CST can still be operated under stand-alone mode; off-line data will be saved and then sent back to Central Management Server after network reconnected.
BI-CST cashier station reads the data from a ticket of Mifare ® IC card received; calculates and display the required amount of parking fee on the fee display. Once a payment is made, payment completed data is written back into the Mifare ® IC of the card ticket for exit validation later. A printed receipt us available upon request.
BI-APS is an Auto Pay Station used in BI-CPMS parking system. It supports Mifare® IC card as parking tickets and provides a convenient payment service in a parking facility. In case of network disconnection, IAPS209 can be operated under stand-alone mode, oﬀ-line data will be saved and then sent back to Central Management Server after network reconnected.
A color TFT-LCD display and a multimedia speaker provide BI-APS a user friendly interface. When a user is detected by a built-in infrared sensor at the front panel of an Auto Pay station, a display and a vocal message will both prompt the user to insert a ticket of Mifare® IC card for parking fee calculation. Required payment amount will then be shown on the display screen and waiting for payment. Both coins and banknotes can be accepted and gives change if needed. Once the payment is completed, payment information is then written into the Mifare® IC of the card ticket and returned to the user for exit validation.
BI-EXT is an Exit Terminal used in BI-CPMS parking system. It supports Mifare® IC card as parking tickets and provides a fast and easy exit control of a parking facility. In case of network disconnection, BI-EXT can still be operated under stand-alone mode; oﬀ-line data will be saved and then sent back to Central Management Server after network reconnected.

While a presence of a car is detected at the Exit Terminal, a display and a vocal message will both prompt the driver to insert a ticket of Mifare® IC card for exit veriﬁcation. The terminal will open the barrier gate and recycle the ticket if parking ticket is valid for exiting. In case of parking fee not paid or grace time exceeded, the ticket is then rejected to the ticket slot and the driver is prompted to retrieve the ticket, and make payment at an Auto Pay or a Cashier Station.
